Great to meet you!

I have over 20 years of clinical experience. I received a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Oral Roberts University and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. I specialize in working with women, especially those in the faith community who are struggling with anxiety, depression, faith, stress, menopausal and life transitions, and life challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize an integrative approach to therapy including Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to provide an open and safe space where you can confidently share your feelings, explore your challenges, and learn how to navigate life transitions. Whether you're managing the changes of menopause or working to overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, and unbelief, I am here to support you. Together, we'll equip you with the tools to thrive and be the best person you were ordained to be.
