Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, receiving my Master's and Bachelor's of Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. While I have a wide range of clinical experience my ideal clients are navigating women's issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, infertility/fertility and relationship challenges. I have vast experience with individuals who identify with the BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative and empowering, yet direct and action oriented. I believe in providing a safe and nonjudgmental space that is affirming to a client's sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture and individuality. Clients describe me as easy to talk to, calm, trustworthy and supportive. I believe in tailoring clinical interventions to the unique needs of each client.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect a reflective and insightful session that leaves you feeling empowered. While therapy is challenging at times, my goal is to help you in resolving the barriers that stand between you and the best version of yourself.
