Great to meet you!

With over 40 years of experience, I offer a compassionate space for adults, teens, & families who are ready to heal, grow, & reconnect with themselves. I specialize in trauma-focused care & support clients navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, & Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I believe that each person already holds the capacity for healing, & that this work is about more than symptom relief- it is about empowerment, deeper self-understanding, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that got lost or overlooked.

My approach to therapy

My role is to help you access that inner strength, rebuild trust in yourself, & develop the tools needed to move forward with confidence. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, therapy can be a powerful space to regain your sense of direction & self-worth. My work is rooted in helping you move from a place of survival mode to clarity.

What you can expect from me

My approach is both intuitive and evidence-based. I draw from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy, to name a few. I also incorporate trauma-informed practices and safety planning when appropriate, ensuring that you feel supported and grounded throughout.
