Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with depression, carrying the weight of grief and loss, or navigating the emotional challenges of motherhood, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Others are navigating family stress, major life transitions, postpartum changes, or difficult emotions that are affecting their daily lives and relationships.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences openly and honestly. My goal is to help you better understand what you're going through, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, resilience, and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and explore your experiences without judgment. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs and experiences. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences that may be contributing to your current challenges while identifying strengths that can support your growth.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, grief, maternal mental health concerns, family stress, trauma, or life transitions, we'll focus on practical strategies that help you move toward meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, personal strengths, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. Together, we'll identify priorities and create a plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.

As we work together, you can expect warmth, compassion, and practical support. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Clients often leave therapy with greater self-awareness, healthier coping skills, increased confidence, and a stronger sense of resilience as they navigate life's challenges and transitions.
