Great to meet you!

With experience supporting adolescents and adults through many different seasons of life, I work with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and other periods of significant change.

My style is warm, affirming, and collaborative. I want therapy to be a space where you can be yourself, better understand what you're experiencing, and feel supported without judgment. Together, we'll build on your strengths, explore what's getting in the way, and develop practical tools that can help you feel more confident and equipped moving forward.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe therapy should look exactly the same for everyone. I'll take time to understand your experiences, strengths, relationships, and goals so our work reflects what matters most to you. We'll explore patterns that may be contributing to current challenges while also identifying realistic changes that can make a meaningful difference in your life.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and strengths-based approaches. Depending on your needs, our work may focus on managing difficult emotions, navigating relationships, processing grief or trauma, adjusting to life changes, or developing healthier ways of coping and moving forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand what you'd like support with. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. We'll start with what feels most important to you and build from there.

You can expect me to be warm, engaged, affirming, and supportive while also helping you move toward meaningful change. I'll listen without judgment, ask thoughtful questions, and help you recognize your strengths while developing practical tools you can use outside of therapy. My goal is for you to leave our work with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence in navigating whatever comes next.
