Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions begin affecting every part of your life. You may be exhausted from trying to hold everything together, questioning your next step, or feeling like you've lost touch with the person you want to be. Change doesn't happen overnight, but it can begin with one conversation. I partner with individuals experiencing depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, identity issues, and trauma so they can rebuild confidence, strengthen their relationships, and create a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling. Working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative environment where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll explore the experiences, thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns that have shaped your life while identifying strengths you can continue building on throughout your healing journey. My goal is to help you better understand yourself while developing practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change beyond our sessions together. My approach incorporates Person Centered Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Behavioral Management, Educational Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Narrative Therapy because every client deserves care that's individualized, compassionate, and focused on what will help them move forward. Together, we can work through substance use and addiction, anxiety, ADHD, stress management, anger management, PTSD, emotional regulation, family conflict, and life transitions, always tailoring therapy to your unique goals, relationships, and experiences.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who listens with compassion, challenges you with care, and remains committed to helping you create meaningful change. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and encouragement while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate setbacks without judgment. Whether you're healing from trauma, strengthening your relationships, managing anxiety or depression, or simply hoping to reconnect with yourself again, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools that continue supporting your wellbeing long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more confident, more resilient, and better equipped to navigate whatever comes next.
