Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted by anxiety, depression, trauma, or difficult life transitions. Many of the clients I support struggle with boundaries, relationship patterns, shame, or fear of repeating past experiences, even when they’re highly insightful and self-aware.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, supportive, and collaborative. I help clients understand their emotional responses without judgment and develop practical tools to regulate emotions, strengthen boundaries, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity. Therapy with me focuses on both insight and skill-building, so clients feel empowered rather than dependent on therapy.

What you can expect from me

I believe our responses make sense in the context of what we’ve lived through. My role is to help you make sense of your experiences, reduce emotional distress, and build a life that feels more grounded, self-directed, and aligned with your values.
