Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and therapist. I've specialized in working with CYF (children, youth, families), and adults. I have experience in acute medical care, residential, educational, and in-home settings . I've earned a BSW from Regis College in Weston, MA, and an MSW from Boston College. I am also a 200hr RYT certification from Yoga of Energy Flow in Cambridge, MA.

In addition to a yogi, and LCSW, I am also an artist and a mother of two.

My approach to therapy

I often use mindfulness to guide my interventions. I believe in looking at an individual's strengths to help empower them. I aim to assist with developing a therapeutic process where they can identify their own solutions while maintaining safety.

What you can expect from me

My aim is to help clients build self awareness that will empower them to identify both barriers and solutions. A common goal is to identify way(s) to managing stress. A common objective is developing an awareness of stress by identifying bodily sensations or thought patterns when you are stressed.
