Great to meet you!

Hello! I believe that healing is possible for everyone, no matter how difficult life may feel right now. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to work through life's challenges.

I take a compassionate and professional approach to therapy, combining evidence-based clinical practices with Christian principles when desired by the client. I view counseling as a collaborative process and am committed to helping individuals, couples, families, ministry leaders, and professionals develop the tools and insights needed to create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or a major life transition, I will meet you where you are and walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and restoration. My focus is not only on helping you overcome current challenges but also on equipping you with the skills and confidence needed to thrive moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in both evidence-based clinical practices and Christian principles when desired by the client. I believe that healing and growth occur when individuals feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment.

I work alongside clients to identify challenges, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools for lasting change. My goal is not only to help clients manage symptoms but also to address the underlying issues that may be impacting their emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet each client's unique needs, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, PTSD, mood disorders, and life transitions. Through a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship, I strive to help clients find healing, restoration, and renewed hope as they move toward their goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you have the opportunity to share your story at your own pace. My priority is to get to know you, understand the challenges that have brought you to therapy, and learn about your goals for treatment.

We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and any factors that may be impacting your emotional, relational, or spiritual well-being. This initial session is also a chance for you to ask questions, share what you hope to gain from therapy, and determine whether we are a good fit for working together.

My approach is collaborative and focused on creating a plan that meets your unique needs. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of the therapeutic process and the next steps toward healing, growth, and lasting change. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
