Great to meet you!

Let me start off by saying that I LOVE what I do! I provide psychotherapy to individuals of all ages to help with a wide variety of difficulties, including issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief, and trauma. I also utilize dog assisted therapy in my practice. I have a Master Degree in Counseling from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, and a BAAS from Texas State University.

My approach to therapy

My specialty is helping clients discover and solve the source of their current issues, by helping them gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings and perceptions. I help people navigate tough transitions, work through grief, achieve healthier relationships, heal from the pain of past trauma, and tune in to their true self to make powerful changes in their lives. My approach is focused on solutions and choices that will help you change your life for the better.

What you can expect from me

I’ve always felt an innate connection to understanding others and feel that my purpose is to guide and support others while they develop skills to embrace a better way of life. I really enjoy working with people who may find themselves stuck, to help them get more out of their lives, well-being, work, and relationships. By building resilience by embracing change, I can help you find a balance in your everyday life. For more information, please view my website at www.phoenixcounselingLPC.com
