Great to meet you!

Reaching out for a therapist often happens during some of life’s most challenging moments—times of anxiety, uncertainty, or emotional pain. In those moments, it’s natural to want a space where you can feel safe, understood, and truly heard. With over 40 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through many different life experiences. I believe that each person’s journey is unique, and there is no single “right” way to live or to face life’s challenges. My goal is to create a empathic and nonjudgmental partnership where we can explore what matters most to you and find meaningful ways to move forward.

My approach to therapy

In a confidential and supportive environment, I will work with you to better understand past relationships and patterns that may be affecting you. Together, we can gently uncover what may be getting in the way of you realizing your goals and attaining well-being.I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ and trans community. Career long, I have worked supporting those facing serious illness, end-of-life concerns. I remain with the client, if they choose, in bereavement. All are welcome in my practice. Reaching out can feel like a big step—I’d be honored to connect and see if we’re a good fit.

What you can expect from me

I will greet you with an open mind. My goal is to understand what you would like to get from therapy - from our relationship. And if this isn't clear to you, I will help you work it out.
