Reaching out for a therapist often happens during some of life’s most challenging moments—times of anxiety, uncertainty, or emotional pain. In those moments, it’s natural to want a space where you can feel safe, understood, and truly heard. With over 40 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through many different life experiences. I believe that each person’s journey is unique, and there is no single “right” way to live or to face life’s challenges.
