Great to meet you!

I have over 10 years of experience working in the behavioral health field, with 6 years working as a therapist and crisis (SASS) worker with the Lake County Health Department, Child and Adolescent Behavioral Services.

I have considerable experience working with topics including mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+ topics, and communication.

My approach to therapy

I approach each day as a new experience. I am client centered, compassionate, open-minded, and strive to meet individuals on their level. I am passionate about helping others find their voice, growing through experience, and not avoiding the things that make us uncomfortable.

What you can expect from me

I believe that mental wellness is a journey; and if one is willing to put in the effort, anything can be achieved. I do not pretend to have the magic answer for things (although, I can if you want me to), but I can offer some insight and a guide for this imperfect journey you are on. Sessions are often humorous, challenging, and (my hope is) enlightening.
