Shelley Landis

I graduated in 1998 from IUPUI with my Master of Social Work. In 2017, I began my journey as an EMDR clinician and am now a certified clinician and consultant. I am also certified in Attachment-Focused Trauma work.

I have experience working with individuals of all ages and specialize in working with teens and young adults through middle age. I have worked with the general population and specialized populations such as immigrants, refugees, LGBTQ+ individuals, and ethnic and religious minorities.

I enjoy guiding people as they’re healing from trauma, whether it’s early attachment trauma or more recent ‘shock’ trauma. I use EMDR and other holistic approaches that focus on the connection between mind and body to include yoga and somatic experiencing.

My greatest joy as a therapist is when I witness clients release their shame and fears, their most limiting beliefs, when they drop into their hearts fully and finally see themselves as whole, healthy and enough.

My goal is to come alongside you, to provide a safe and nurturing environment infused with curiosity and compassion, as you embody your whole and integrated Self. We will follow your healing path one small step at a time as we build resources and resiliencies.
