Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with exploring your sexual identity, gender dysphoria, or ADHD/Autism burnout and looking for a compassionate, affirming space? Are you seeking support from experiencing harmful religious environments and other trauma experiences?

Welcome! I am a trauma-informed, strength-focused therapist, with over 10 years of experience, who enjoys bringing humor and creativity in therapy. I enjoy working with adults of a variety of lifestyles and paths and am affirming of all identities, backgrounds, and orientations.

My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, harmful religious environments and deconstruction, ADHD, AuDH and Autism burnout, life transitions, managing overwhelm and stress with current political events, and providing LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse affirming therapy. I practice from an anti-oppressive framework, inclusive, and sex positive framework.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My aim is to create a supportive, open space where I work with clients collaboratively to create goals for treatment and empower clients towards living a life where they find meaning and purpose. I use an integrative approach with multiple treatment modalities to fit the needs of the client.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients will feel supported, validated and understood. They can expect to be provided with skills towards accepting thoughts and emotions, learning how to manage challenging emotions, finding peace in the present moment, resolving trauma responses and adverse experiences.
