Great to meet you!

Many clients feel stuck in patterns like anxiety, depression, stress, low mood, emotional ups and downs, or challenges in relationships and work. They seek gentle support, practical tools, and greater clarity to better understand what’s going on. Above all, they want to feel more in control and less overwhelmed. Their goals include finding emotional balance, building stronger connections, and discovering a clearer path forward. They’re not aiming for perfection — just to feel better, cope more easily, and create a life that feels manageable and meaningful.

With my advanced training and expertise, I help clients manage issues such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and other mental health concerns. My approach is collaborative and patient-centered, focusing on creating a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard and empowered.

I know reaching out for help isn’t always easy and can feel especially difficult when life feels heavy or confusing. You don’t have to face these challenges alone. Together, we can explore what you’re going through, find practical ways to cope, and create a path toward healing and balance. Whenever you’re ready, I’m here to support you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to care is grounded in holistic, person-centered principles, with a strong emphasis on medication management and individualized treatment planning. I take time to carefully assess each person’s physical, emotional, and psychological health, considering factors such as medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and personal goals.

When it comes to medication management, I focus on safety, effectiveness, and shared decision-making. This includes selecting appropriate medications, starting at the lowest effective dose, monitoring for side effects, evaluating treatment response, and making timely adjustments as needed. I also prioritize education, helping patients and families understand the purpose of medications, potential risks, and what to expect during treatment.

Each treatment plan is uniquely tailored to the individual, integrating both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions. This may involve psychotherapy referrals, lifestyle modifications, coping strategies, and support systems, all aligned with the person’s values and preferences. My goal is to provide care that not only addresses immediate symptoms but also supports long-term well-being and personal growth.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a safe and supportive space where they feel genuinely heard, understood, and valued. Our time together is about exploring what matters most to them—whether that’s making sense of overwhelming emotions, navigating life changes, or finding relief from ongoing struggles. I meet each person with empathy, curiosity, and respect for their unique story.

Over time, clients often begin to feel more grounded, more hopeful, and more connected to their strengths. They leave sessions with practical tools, a fresh perspective, and a clearer sense of what healing can look like for them. I hope that they walk away not only feeling supported but also empowered to take meaningful steps toward the life they want.
