Great to meet you!

I bring an open-minded, compassionate, and warm presence to our work together. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood without judgment. I’m naturally inquisitive and curious, which means I will thoughtfully explore your experiences with you, helping uncover patterns, strengths, and new perspectives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, curious, and client-centered. I use Motivational Interviewing techniques, asking thoughtful and intentional questions to help you explore your goals, values, and readiness for change. I also focus on equipping you with practical tools—especially for emotional regulation—so you can better understand and manage intense feelings, respond instead of react, and feel more grounded in daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where my primary focus is getting to know you. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your story, your strengths, the challenges you’re facing, and what’s bringing you to therapy at this time. I’m naturally curious and believe that meaningful change starts with truly understanding the whole person—not just the problem.
