Great to meet you!

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I work collaboratively with teens and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, Type 1 diabetes, chronic illness, and life's transitions. I believe emotional regulation is the foundation for meaningful change, and together we'll build practical, evidence-based skills to help you feel calmer, more confident, and better equipped to manage life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe emotional regulation is the foundation for meaningful change, so we’ll work together to better understand your emotions while building practical skills to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. I tailor therapy to your unique needs by integrating approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), helping you create lasting change both in and outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where you feel heard without judgment. During our first session, we'll take time to understand your story, your strengths, and what brings you to therapy. From there, we'll work together to identify meaningful goals while building practical, evidence-based skills to help you manage emotions, navigate challenges, and create lasting change. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling understood and equipped with tools you can use in everyday life.
