My journey into counseling began during my own infertility experience. After multiple miscarriages and years of treatments, my husband and I faced deep heartbreak and uncertainty. Those years gave me a unique understanding of the infertility world and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with it. This personal experience fuels my passion for helping others navigate their own fertility struggles and life transitions with empathy, clarity, and hope.

I’m a native Texan who has spent most of my life in the Dallas area. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and later completed my Master’s in Counseling at Dallas Baptist University. My clinical experience includes both private practice and hospital settings, giving me a broad perspective on mental health care and the diverse needs of clients seeking therapy.

My approach is personalized, compassionate, and grounded in helping you regain balance and emotional well‐being. I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, stress management, boundary issues, and family‐of‐origin challenges. I also specialize in infertility counseling, miscarriage and pregnancy loss support, postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety treatment, and guidance for new parent transitions. My background in perinatal mental health allows me to support individuals and couples through some of the most vulnerable and emotionally complex seasons of life.
