Hello! I'm so glad you are here! I look forward to walking with you on your journey of healing. I have been in this field practicing individual counseling for 6 years.

I specialize in helping adults and seniors with depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar, relationships, life changes, etc.

I have experience with a variety of populations including children, adults, and seniors. As my career developed I became passionate about counseling and began my schooling at Webster University in Myrtle Beach, SC.

My approach to therapy is simple: I let you talk and I offer my insights while incorporating the CBT modality and specific techniques based on circumstance.
