Great to meet you!

My name is Shelly-Ann Jmaes-Perelion, and I have over 20 years of experience in education and 12 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I served as a high school counselor for seven years and am currently in my sixth year as a Mental Health Intervention Counselor in the CFISD school district.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In leaning towards a Cognitive Behavior and a Solution Focused approach to counseling, my goal is to help my clients release negative blocks, find a sense of meaning to their lives, foster a sense of hope and inevitably help them to determine how to live their best lives.

What you can expect from our first session

My deep spirituality and my love for God, allow me to make positive deposits into each session and to act as a catalyst of change for my clients. I want to help you heal, and it would be a privilege to let me accompany you on this journey of self-actualization by finding the right tools and solutions for your specific needs.
