Great to meet you!

I bring more than 15 years of experience in community-based mental health services, including intensive in-home work, the foster care system, and crisis care. I currently manage a crisis program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and I care deeply about supporting neurodivergent clients. I am also a Certified Autism Clinical Specialist, and this population is especially close to my heart. Therapy is my second career, and I truly love the work I do. Over the years, I have also spent a lot of time in leadership, coaching, and training roles, which has strengthened my ability to guide people with clarity, encouragement, and compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, practical, and relationship-centered. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I naturally think in terms of patterns, relationships, and the bigger picture, while still focusing on each person’s unique needs and goals. I work to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and comfortable being themselves. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent clients and families, and I bring a calm, grounded presence shaped by my background in crisis work. I want therapy to feel helpful and human, with a balance of insight, encouragement, and tools you can actually use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and judgment-free conversation where I take time to get to know you, what is bringing you to therapy, and what you hope to get out of the process. I want to understand your experiences, strengths, and challenges so we can decide together what support will be most helpful. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, more at ease, and more clear about what working together could look like. I currently offer therapy through telehealth, which can be a flexible and accessible option, and I am thoughtful about making that space feel as personal and connected as possible.
