Great to meet you!

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to have it all figured out, just the willingness to start. I provide a safe, collaborative space to explore difficult emotions, gain new insights, and create lasting change. I work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, and life stress, with a special focus on supporting women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 19 years of experience, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore difficult emotions, discover new perspectives, and work toward lasting change. Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience, I tailor each session to meet individual needs. I especially value guiding clients through life transitions, helping them navigate challenges with clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and understood. They will gain practical strategies and fresh perspectives to navigate challenges, along with greater clarity about their thoughts and emotions. Over time, sessions foster self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a renewed sense of confidence in facing life’s transitions.
