Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping others by blending their spiritual walk with their mental health.

My client focus

I work with females aged 18 and older, addressing issues related to family systems, relationships, spiritual integration, trauma, and personal growth.

My journey to becoming a provider

God has been the most important part of my family's healing, and I believe in second chances and that He truly is our hope. I love butterflies because I was once the caterpillar, and with God's help and therapy, I am learning to be the butterfly. I would like to help you fly with freedom too.

My approach to therapy

I use reflective listening to get to know you and why you are seeking therapy. I am non-judgmental, and confidentiality is very important to me, so you can feel safe and heard. Please feel free to ask me anything, and I will clarify so we can be on the same page.

How I help clients reach goals

I make a treatment plan goals with you, and we check in and review to see how we are doing and if we want to change anything.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I would like to join with you, go over any questions, and discuss confidentiality. I like to go over your current issues, background, any previous diagnosis, health issues, spiritual background, issues that run in your family, and if you have experienced any trauma.
