Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma, grief, neglect and/or loneliness. Trauma can include a variety of things including physical, emotional, sexual or any other type of abuse, such as being raped or attacked; witnessing or experiencing something terrible such as a car accident or the trauma of combat deployment; the death of a loved one; or many other difficult life experiences. I provide affirming care to members of the LGBTQ+ community, including those questioning their sexuality and/or gender identity.

My approach to therapy

I provide therapy to address the unique emotional and mental health needs of individuals. This may include depression, anxiety, panic attacks, overwhelm, numbness, emptiness, people pleasing, perfectionism, thoughts and/or history of self harm or ending one's life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques.

What you can expect from me

My therapy sessions are designed to help individuals navigate the complex emotions and challenges of loss, promoting healing and resilience. I take things at your pace to ensure you feel supported while also ensuring we are making progress towards your goals.
