My approach to therapy

Shelly’s work has always been in supporting children, teens, adults, and their families in living their best lives. Shelly’s philosophy of ensuring her clients are emotionally well supported has been evidenced in her creative problem-solving strategies to reduce stress and anxiety while living and enjoying a productive and balanced home (and work) life.

What you can expect from me

Shelly’s knowledge of mental health, challenging family dynamics, and community resources has been key in not only addressing complex issues but has allowed her to build trusting relationships with her clients. Through her professional and personal experience, she has come to realize that each client is a unique individual, who needs (and has the right to) a safe, secure, caring, and stimulating environment to be able to achieve their fullest potential.
