Great to meet you!

I strive to create a compassionate, supportive space where real change can happen. I believe therapy is not just about feeling heard, but about gently challenging the patterns that keep you stuck. If you tend to people-please, avoid conflict, or struggle to express your needs, I'll help you build confidence and show up more authentically in your life and relationships.

My approach is warm, collaborative, direct, and growth-oriented, integrating CBT, IFS, psychodynamic, reality, and Gestalt therapies through a humanistic, trauma-informed lens to improve insight, communication, and emotional patterns.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, identity and cultural stressors (including discrimination and antisemitism), and substance use. I'm especially passionate about helping clients move beyond avoidance and toward more honest, empowered communication—even when it feels uncomfortable.

What you can expect from me

If you're looking for a therapist who will support you while also helping you grow through the hard moments, I welcome you to reach out. Together, we can build insight, resilience, and lasting change.
