Great to meet you!

It is one of my core beliefs that every person has worth, value, and the potential for change and healing.

As a clinician with almost twenty years of experience, I am dedicated to helping people as they work through the complicated and often overwhelming circumstances in life.

My primary focus is to help people understand the gap between where they are, and where they want to be; while working through underlying wounds, unmet needs, and patterns that may have contributed to that gap.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story shaped by their experiences, and therapy should reflect that. My approach is collaborative and individualized, honoring each person's background and perspective.

My goal is to provide tools and support in a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your circumstances, emotions, and relationships- free from fear, shame, or guilt.

What you can expect from me

Our introductory session is an opportunity for you to share a little bit about yourself and what led you to therapy. We will talk through ways that therapy could be helpful and what you hope to achieve. If you decide to move forward, we will start to identify specific goals and skills that can help meet your needs and provide meaningful change over time.
