Hello... There's good news for you! I am Dr. Shellye Sledge, LCSW, CEAP with considerable experience working with individuals, couples, and families for many years. My education and training include a PhD in Social Work from Norfolk State University, a Master of Social Work in Administration from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling/Psychology from Christian Heritage College in El Cajon, California.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused counseling in a positive and optimistic atmosphere. I provide the support needed to share, become aware and address life challenges in a way that result in a treatment plan designed to meet your unique and specific needs.
