Great to meet you!

I am a mental health clinician who takes a solution‐focused and empowering approach to therapy. I believe healing happens at your pace, and I strive to meet you exactly where you are. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood as we work together to explore challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I like to help my clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, build practical skills for emotional regulation and distress tolerance, challenge unhelpful beliefs that may be getting in the way of growth, and identify strengths and solutions that move them toward their goals. I work collaboratively and at your pace, creating a safe, non‐judgmental space where you feel empowered, supported, and respected throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on creating a comfortable and supportive space where you can begin sharing what brings you to therapy. We’ll go over the ground rules of our work together, including confidentiality, boundaries, and what a safe therapeutic relationship looks like. I’ll also discuss treatment expectations, what therapy can offer, how we’ll collaborate, and how we can tailor the process to your pace and level of need. From there, I’ll invite you to talk about your goals, concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. My aim is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and confident that you’re in a non‐judgmental space where your wellbeing is the priority.
