Hello, I'm Shemekia. With over 15 years of experience in the Mental Health Counseling field, I am dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges and achieve your personal goals. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and South Carolina, I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, trauma/recovery/PTSD, personality disorders, and conduct-related disorders. Additionally, I offer support for ADHD, ODD, self-esteem issues, and educational counseling, including assistance with failing grades and school-related anxiety.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with community mental health agencies in both Georgia and South Carolina. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the diverse needs of individuals from various backgrounds. I am also a Certified Professional School Counselor in Georgia, which allows me to provide specialized support for students and their families.
