Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults through life’s challenges. I provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients can explore concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and self-esteem. My goal is to help clients build on their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy that focuses on helping clients recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to help clients build coping skills, improve self-awareness, and achieve their goals. I believe therapy should be a supportive partnership where clients feel empowered, understood, and capable of moving forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable space where you can share your concerns at your own pace. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your strengths, identify goals, and begin developing a plan that fits your needs. Clients often leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of the next steps in their therapeutic journey.
