As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about helping people develop skills to live a full, successful life. I offer remote telehealth sessions throughout the state of Texas. I have over 10 years of clinical experience helping individuals with anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship issues.

I approach therapy with a straightforward mindset. I believe in an open safe environment to share thoughts and feelings without judgment or disapproval. My experience includes helping individuals develop specific coping skills for a variety of situations, including everyday activities. I believe every person deserves an individualized plan specific to their needs, and I help people discover their underlying concerns.

Success is the client facing a situation utilizing the tools developed from mutual communication from sessions. Clients should feel empowered to take steps toward seeking happiness and fulfilled lives. Clients can expect to develop skills to deal with symptoms and begin recognizing triggers.
