A bit about my approach to therapy

Through empathy, active listening, and collaborative goal-setting, I aim to help you gain new insights, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience.I utilize an integrative approach to meet your your needs. Some of the therapeutic techniques that I incorporate is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Practices and Trauma-Informed Care.
