Great to meet you!

Here's a little about me- I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience working in a variety of settings- inpatient psychiatric hospital, mobile crisis team and schools. I utilize an integrative, relational and systems approach to psychotherapy. I earned my social work degree from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and hold a BA from Cornell University in Sociology and Africana Studies. I see children, adolescents and adults.

My approach to therapy

Thank you for taking the first step in your therapeutic journey. Regardless of if it's your first time or you are coming back, welcome. Acknowledging our challenges and asking for help is difficult. I believe therapy is a collaborative process between client and therapist. My aim is to create a supportive and safe environment in order to work towards achieving personal desires and goals.

What you can expect from me

I emphasize self-awareness and self-acceptance as the guide to healing.
