Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here and taking this step toward caring for yourself. You may be feeling weighed down by anxiety, sadness or the challenges of navigating relationships and major life changes. Perhaps you’re adjusting to a new role in parenthood, struggling to find balance or searching for a safe space to sort through overwhelming emotions. At your core, you want to feel understood, supported, & equipped with tools that help you move forward. My goal is to walk alongside you in that process, offering a compassionate space to be heard & practical guidance & resources to support your growth.

My approach to therapy

I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, & ACT to help you navigate life’s challenges. These methods provide concrete skills to better understand your thoughts, regulate emotions, & make choices aligned with your values. While I use proven strategies, I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and personal.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming when you’re adjusting to pregnancy, new parenthood or other life transitions. My hope is to create a calm, understanding space where you can slow down, breathe, & feel seen. You don’t have to do this alone. When you’re ready, I welcome you to reach out by email to get started. I look forward to connecting with you!
