
I have always had a passion for creating positive change in those around me. My focus is to show the compassion, patience, understanding, and care needed to help those as a guide through their journey to healing. I want to build a therapeutic relationship that is genuine and open and create a safe space for those who may feel unheard, dismissed, or invalidated.
I consider my approach to be solution-focused which is a collaborative, goal-oriented way that helps people move toward their desired future. I believe in finding a healthy balance and prioritizing self-care.
My clients will become more aware and insightful of how to get through the tough days in a healthy way. Reminders that it is okay to say, “I am not okay” and understand that you are not alone, that we all have our dark days, and that you don’t have to go through those dark days by yourself. They are to expect encouragement to always be kind and gentle with themselves and always know that they are are loved, they are enough, they do have a purpose, and they are needed in this world.
