Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Supervisor with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. My background spans psychology, social work, and criminal justice, and I hold master’s degrees in Criminal Justice Management and Administration, Social Work, and Psychology. I am also a current doctoral student in Clinical Psychology.

My approach is solution‐focused, open‐minded, and grounded in thinking outside the box. I believe every person has the capacity to grow, heal, and reach their optimal goals when given the right tools and support. I am family‐oriented at heart, and I bring that same sense of connection, compassion, and collaboration into the therapeutic space.

I am passionate about helping clients navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I take a solution‐focused and innovative approach to therapy, helping clients identify practical strategies that move them toward their goals. I value open‐mindedness, collaboration, and meeting clients exactly where they are. My work is grounded in the belief that people thrive when they feel understood, supported, and empowered.

Helping others reach their highest potential is not just my profession, it’s my passion.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, strengths, and goals, and we’ll begin identifying practical steps to support your progress. My approach is open‐minded, solution‐focused, and collaborative. By the end of our session, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and what our work together will look like moving forward.
