Great to meet you!
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, and life transitions who want to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. My background includes Applied Behavior Analysis and bilingual school psychology, and I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
I strive to provide a warm, nonjudgmental, and caring space where clients can recognize their strengths, build resilience, and move toward greater confidence and well-being. When clients are motivated and actively engaged in the process, many begin noticing meaningful improvement within 4-5 sessions, including a greater sense of control over difficult symptoms and clearer tools for improving their quality of life.
