Great to meet you!
Life doesn't come with a manual (trust me, I've looked). But having someone in your corner who gets it — and gets you — can make all the difference.
I work with folks navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, and life transitions — the stuff that's hard to untangle alone, but makes a lot more sense with the right support. I provide therapy in English, Mandarin, and Korean, and I genuinely love learning about my clients' cultures, languages, and the unique lens they see the world through. If you've ever felt like a therapist didn't quite "get" your background, I'd love the chance to actually get it.
My clinical foundation blends Applied Behavior Analysis with bilingual school psychology, and for the past 5 years I've trained and supervised graduate clinicians across school and clinical settings — so I bring both hands-on experience and a genuine curiosity about what actually helps people change (not just what sounds good in a textbook).
As for how I work: think warm, patient, a little funny when it's welcome, and always nonjudgmental. I'm not here to rush you or hand you generic advice — I'm here to actually listen, ask good questions, and help you build tools that fit your real life. Many clients start noticing meaningful shifts within 4-5 sessions: more control over difficult symptoms, and clarity that actually sticks.
If that sounds like your kind of therapist, I'd love to meet you.
