Great to meet you!

I care deeply about clients and believes that every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported. My approach is grounded in warmth, compassion, and unconditional positive regard, creating a safe space where clients can be their authentic selves without judgment. I genuinely care about walking alongside people through their challenges and helping them discover healing, growth, and greater happiness in their lives.

My approach to therapy

For clients who do not prefer Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to navigate through trauma, I am trained in other researched based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered approaches.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space where we begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I recognize that reaching out for counseling can feel vulnerable, so my goal is to help clients feel comfortable, heard, and understood from the very beginning.

During the first session, we will spend time getting to know you, exploring what brought you to counseling, discussing your goals, and identifying areas where you would like support and growth. Together, we will begin developing a plan that is personalized to your needs, strengths, and desired outcomes.

My hope is that clients leave their first session feeling validated, encouraged, and with a greater sense of clarity and hope. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and move toward becoming the healthiest version of themselves.
