A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide therapy for adults who may be going through difficult transitions in their lives as well as those who feel they would like to work on mental wellness as a whole. I collaborate with my clients to ensure their needs are met in session and provide tools that can be applied outside of the therapeutic setting.
