Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to be themselves. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic, incorporating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies.

I value authenticity, trust, and open communication, and I encourage clients to be honest about their experiences, even when conversations feel difficult. My goal is to help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe healing is possible, and I am committed to supporting clients every step of the way as they work toward greater balance, resilience, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and healing when provided with the right support, tools, and environment. My role is to help clients better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and build practical skills that promote lasting change.

I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and holistic practices. Together, we work to identify unhelpful patterns, process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and build on existing strengths.

I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, we'll work together at a pace that feels comfortable while focusing on meaningful, achievable goals that support your overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we begin getting to know one another. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and what you hope to achieve through counseling. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the therapy process and determine whether we're a good fit.

My goal during the first session is to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and challenges while working collaboratively to identify your goals for treatment. Together, we'll begin developing a plan that aligns with your needs and priorities. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of the next steps in your therapeutic journey.
