I am a licensed therapist who focuses on utilizing the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients overcome their challenges and stressors. My therapeutic approach consists of helping my clients learn coping skills and concepts such as mindfulness, adaptive thinking and the monitoring of their moods and triggers to create change.
