Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Sheray! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. From a young age, I was known as the “emotional” one—the person friends and family turned to when they needed a shoulder to lean on. That natural role as a helper eventually led me to pursue my bachelor’s degree in Sociology at William Paterson University and later my master’s in Community Trauma Counseling at Jefferson University.

My approach to therapy

I find immense joy in supporting individuals ranging from ages 18+ as they navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, and building healthier communication and coping skills. Often, these experiences can contribute to anxiety and depression if left unaddressed, and I believe therapy offers the tools to manage them effectively. In my work, I first emphasize the importance of psychoeducation—understanding how symptoms impact the brain and daily life—while also normalizing the challenges that come with growth.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a collaborative space where you remain the expert of your own life. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as you explore and identify the paths that serve you best. Together, we’ll uncover tools and coping strategies that empower you to navigate challenges and discover the answers within yourself.
