Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Sheree Donaldson, and I’m here to help you feel heard, supported, and truly cared for.

I’ve spent the last 13 years serving individuals and families in Mississippi, especially in rural and underserved areas. As a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I offer care for all ages—from children to older adults—through both in-person and telehealth visits.

Mental health is deeply personal, and I believe treatment should be, too. My approach blends behavioral health, primary care, and substance use support so we can work together toward your whole well-being—not just one piece of it.

My approach to therapy

My journey has been shaped by education and service. I hold triple doctorates—including a PhD, EdD, and DNP. I serve as the COO and founder of Complete Care Solutions, a healthcare company my husband and I co-own that partners with long-term care and urgent care centers across several states. I also proudly serve in the Mississippi Army National Guard, where I lead Behavioral Health operations with the Medical Readiness Detachment at Camp Shelby.

What you can expect from me

When I’m not seeing patients, I’m mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals—from high school students to doctoral candidates. Teaching keeps me grounded and helps me stay sharp and compassionate in my own practice.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use, I’m here to meet you where you are—with respect, nonjudgment, and a commitment to real progress.

Let’s work together to help you feel better—body, mind, and spirit.
