Great to meet you!

Great to meet you.

Hello, I’m Sheree Dublin, a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Board Certified Counselor in the state of New Jersey.

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across school systems, outpatient settings, and private practice. My work is rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and a deep belief that healing is possible in every season of life.

As a wife and mother, I understand firsthand the complexities of balancing responsibilities, relationships, and personal growth. I bring both professional expertise and real-life understanding into the therapy space.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, intentional, and grounded in both evidence-based practice and genuine human connection.

I utilize a strengths-based approach, integrating cognitive-behavioral techniques, solution-focused strategies, and trauma-informed care to help clients build practical tools for lasting change. Together, we identify patterns, explore underlying experiences, and develop strategies that align with your goals and values.

I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you uncover the resilience, clarity, and strength that already exist within you.

Our work will focus on:

• Increasing emotional awareness

• Building coping skills

• Strengthening confidence and boundaries

• Improving relationships

• Creating sustainable growth

My commitment is to walk alongside you with professionalism, empathy, and accountability as you move toward the life you desire.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a safe, welcoming space to begin your healing journey. We will spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, and identifying your goals for our work together.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions about your history, current challenges, and what support looks like for you. There is no pressure to share everything at once — we move at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful.

By the end of our session, you can expect to leave with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and a plan for how we will move forward together. Let me help you create a life worth living!
