Great to meet you!

With nearly 30 years of experience in behavioral health, I have worked extensively with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, self-esteem, communication challenges, women’s issues, work/life balance, and grief. Some of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, emotionally worn down, stuck in negative thought patterns, or unsure how to handle changes in their relationships, family life, or daily responsibilities. My goal is to offer a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I help clients gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical skills that support emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and better day-to-day coping. Depending on your needs, that may mean working on anxiety, communication, self-esteem, stress management, or navigating a major life transition with more clarity and confidence.

I believe the foundation of effective therapy is a trusting, collaborative relationship between counselor and client. My approach is strengths-based and individualized, because every person brings their own experiences, abilities, and goals into therapy.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about helping clients gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical skills that support emotional well-being and healthy relationships.
