Welcome! First and foremost, therapy is my passion. I genuinely believe in empowering and supporting others on their healing journey. It is so important to allow people to establish their voice and feel heard without the fear of being judged. I have extensive experience in treating different diagnoses and treating various emotional and social challenges. I find great joy working with my clients as they discover their own strengths and find purpose in their journey.

My style of therapy is Strengths-Based and Solution Focused, which means I provide a nonjudgmental environment conducive to explore your underlying strengths and guide you in identifying coping skills to treat any emotional challenges, trauma, or negative life experiences you may have endured. I have great experience working with trauma, anxiety, and depressive disorders. I believe the client is in control of their therapeutic progress and I encourage this self-empowerment for all of my clients.

Clients can expect to feel accepted and understood by me, I create an environment where clients are able to freely express themselves. I value your need to feel safe and secure in our sessions. I understand how important it is for some realness and a whole of lot of genuineness to be demonstrated by your therapist.
