Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate challenges related to trauma, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, and a range of other mental health concerns. I take a holistic approach to treatment, considering the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, when supporting clients on their healing journey. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow. Together, we will work collaboratively to build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, where I work alongside you to create the most effective and personalized treatment plan. I believe that healing and growth are most successful when we work together as a team. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including trauma-informed therapy, neuropsychotherapy, and EMDR. My focus is on empowering you throughout your therapeutic journey. Together, we’ll explore strategies that resonate with you and foster sustainable progress.

What you can expect from me

From our sessions, you can expect to gain practical tools, coping strategies, and deeper self-awareness that empower you to navigate life's challenges. I aim to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings without judgment. As we work together, we will set realistic, individualized goals that align with your values and needs, allowing you to track progress and experience tangible improvements in your well-being. You’ll leave each session with greater clarity, increased resilience, and a sense of empowerment to apply what you’ve learned in your daily life.
