Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor with the dedication and compassion to helping others through troubling times that may consist of many issues. I have a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology. I have countless hours of training. I am also a National Certified Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. In addition to these licenses and certifications, I am also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis.

My approach to therapy

It may seem so impossible to deal with concerns & escape from the overpowering feelings that may seem so troublesome. My approach to counseling is to provide nonjudgmental support and unconditional positive regard in addition to a warm and inviting environment. My focus is to also help you gain, or re-gain, your power to endorse meaningful changes in your life in a safe and accepting space. I use approaches that are eclectic and consolidative, strength-based, as well as goal and action oriented

What you can expect from me

Working together, I can help guide your mental health journey by equipping you with more appropriate tools to work through these issues. I will help you learn how to manage the challenges that seem so difficult to overcome on your own. My goal is to help facilitate your own growth, modify the thoughts that may in turn regulate the behaviors/ actions, and overcome the barriers that are hindering your life.
