Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care. I have experience treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use concerns through thoughtful evaluation, medication management, and supportive therapy. I strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free environment where clients feel safe discussing their concerns. My approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and tailored to each individual’s goals and values. I am dedicated to helping clients strengthen coping skills, improve overall functioning, and achieve meaningful, lasting wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I take time to thoroughly understand each client’s experiences, concerns, and goals to develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and lifestyle-focused interventions. I prioritize creating a safe, respectful, and culturally responsive environment where clients feel comfortable and heard. I focus on treating the whole person by considering emotional, psychological, social, and environmental factors that impact mental health. My goal is to empower clients with the tools, education, and support needed to improve functioning and maintain long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be welcoming, supportive, and focused on understanding their unique concerns and goals. During this visit, I conduct a comprehensive evaluation that includes discussing symptoms, personal history, current stressors, and overall wellness to gain a full picture of their needs. I encourage open and honest communication and strive to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where clients feel safe sharing their experiences. Together, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, therapy recommendations, and practical coping strategies.
