Great to meet you!

For the last 12.5 years, I have been working with a diverse group of individuals faced with both physical and mental health challenges. A lot of my professional experience comes from working with a treatment team in acute medical hospitals and psychiatric settings. Over the years I have walked alongside individuals to assist with crisis intervention, managing stress, anxiety, anger, and depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Many say my professional demeanor is gentle, yet direct and effective with a calming presence. I like to start with identifying strengths, and then building on those strengths. I believe life can become manageable when we find our a natural balance. There are several tools and resources that we can try. You get to decide which tools and resources you keep.

What you can expect from our first session

Daily we have opportunities to learn and grow and equip ourselves with the tools and resources to create more good days, and positive experiences. Know that you are powerful beyond measure. I am here to support and empower you in your journey. Let’s talk it out!
