Great to meet you!

Nothing matters more to me than your well-being and success in reaching your goals. I work hard to ensure that when you meet with me, you feel comfortable, cared for, and safe to share the most difficult and challenging aspects of your life, your thoughts, and your feelings. I am respectful and compassionate, honest and direct. I am experienced in treatment of most mental health diagnoses and specialize in helping clients of all ages heal from trauma and past experiences that left deep wounds.

My approach to therapy

For 27 years I have been privileged to serve clients of all ages and walks. I am experienced in treating most mental health diagnoses and trauma healing. I adapt my treatment approach to support the specific needs, strengths, and vulnerabilities you may experience with each challenge we address. You will develop new insights and effective strategies for managing symptoms and responding to troubling circumstances in your life, so you can create lasting change, and begin to feel better quickly.

What you can expect from me

My objective in each session is for clients to come away with a new insight, or a new step to to take to advance them toward their goals, and a feeling of relief for having the opportunity to vent and explore matters of concern in a safe and supportive environment. Each session should produce a measurable outcome and build upon the work of the previous meeting. Counseling work is challenging and deeply personal, clients should feel their investment of time, energy and resources was well-placed.
